We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprise upcharges. Every paid session is a full, hour-long, one-on-one meeting conducted in a public space or virtually, and includes our 30-Day Safety Net (a full month of complimentary 30-minute phone support after we meet).
Core Coaching Sessions
- Neurodivergent Tech Navigation| $75 1 Hour SessionTailored to individuals with ADHD, Autism, or executive dysfunction. We aggressively audit notifications, reduce digital friction, set up low-stress password managers, and build flexible routines that work with your brain.
- Senior Tech Coaching| $75 1 Hour Session Patient, zero-judgment coaching for adults over 50. Learn to comfortably navigate your smartphone or tablet, organize apps, make video calls, and manage passwords at your own pace. (Looking for our zero-cost option? - Personal Device & Security Audit| $150 1 Hour Session A comprehensive deep-dive into your personal digital security. We lock down your accounts, set up hardware-backed two-factor authentication, configure secure backup systems, and audit your devices for privacy risks.
Financial Accessibility & Sliding Scale
Digital literacy and security are necessities, not luxuries. If you are facing financial hardship, we offer a dedicated number of sliding scale sessions for all of our paid services, as well as periodic free offerings via Community Tech Week.
- We do not require proof of income or awkward documentation.
- We simply take your word for it, no questions asked.
- You receive the exact same patient, one-on-one support and 30-Day Safety Net as standard-rate clients.
Ongoing Support & Add-Ons
Once our initial session is complete, you can choose to extend your support with these optional packages:
- Annual Phone Support: Unlock a full 12 months of on-demand 30-minute phone support calls for a one-time fee equal to 1.5x the price of your standard session.
- Lifetime Email Support: Available as an add-on during booking or via email request for quick, simple questions (like checking if an email is a scam).
- Session Extensions: If we are making great progress and schedule permits, sessions can be extended by up to 30 minutes for 25% of the full session cost (offered strictly as a courtesy).
