In addition to our standard coaching services, we proudly offer several dedicated community programs across Gainesville, designed to ensure everyone has a safe and supportive place to turn.
Explore Our Community Programs
- Free Senior Scam Awareness Patient, one-on-one scam awareness coaching specifically for adults over 50. We remove the fear and embarrassment around fraud, teaching you how to spot fake emails, block aggressive phone callers, and defeat tech support pop-ups.
- Community Tech Week One week every quarter, we open up our schedule to provide our full, standard tech coaching sessions entirely free of charge. This is specifically reserved for those experiencing extreme financial hardship where even a sliding scale rate is out of reach. No proof required—we take your word for it.
- Sliding Scale & Accessible Pricing For those facing temporary financial barriers outside of Community Tech Week, we offer a dedicated number of sliding-scale sessions. We don't ask for financial proof or documents—we just take your word for it so you can get the help you need.
The 30-Day Safety Net & Ongoing Support
Every community service and session includes our standard 30-Day Safety Net, giving you a free month of 30-minute phone support after our meeting. We never want you to second-guess a suspicious message or feel stuck with a new system alone.
