Hand in Hand Tech Coaching was founded on a simple premise: traditional tech support is often rushed, full of confusing jargon, and lacks basic empathy. Watching loved ones navigate the digital world in their 70s highlighted a massive gap in how the tech industry treats its most vulnerable users. When a device update changes the entire layout of a phone, or a sophisticated scam email arrives in an inbox, the standard "quick fix" at a corporate repair counter is simply not enough.
Our Mission
We provide patient, judgment-free digital navigation for the Gainesville community. We believe that digital literacy is a fundamental right, which is why we approach technology coaching from an entirely different perspective:
